HOA ANNUAL MEETING Wednesday, November 3, 2004
The annual meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 3, 2004, starting at 7 PM, at the Flower Mound town Hall, 2121 Cross Timbers. To satisfy “quorum” (a majority of 269 homeowners) to hold the meeting, presence of 135 members are required by either signed proxies or by attendance at the meeting.  Please sign and return your proxy whether or not you plan to attend.  If you do attend, your proxy will be returned to you at that time.	Three (3) directors will be elected at the meeting.  Interested members should complete and return a candidacy form to SRSHOA, P. O. BOX 271061, FLOWER MOUND, TX 75027-1061 or via fax to 972-874-9541. A representative from LISD will be at the meeting and give a presentation regarding the status of the schools on Spinks. At least one member of each household is encouraged to attend.	The Board of Directors looks forward to meeting with you to discuss the status of the Association and plan for the coming year. Speeding
Many homeowners have expressed concern about speeding cars within the neighborhood.  The following approach is strongly recommended. Go to www.flower-mound.com.  Click on “Drive Friendly  Flower	Mound”.  Under “Enforcement” you can report the traffic problem to the FMPD Beat Officer (we are in Beat 5) by submitting a traffic complaint on line using the form provided.  Currently, our Beat Officer if Sgt.
