SRSHOA ANNUAL MEETINGWednesday, November 2nd, 6:30 PM
The Association’s 2005 Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 2nd, beginning at 6:30 PM at Flower Mound Town Hall, 2121 Cross Timbers.

At least one homeowner from each household is encouraged to attend the meeting. It is an excellent forum to express your views and concerns. Suggestions are welcomed.
Your official annual meeting package will include a proxy form. Please complete and return the form as early as possible so we can meet quorum requirements at the first scheduled meeting and avoid the undue expense of holding a recall meeting. If you attend the meeting, your proxy will be returned to you as you sign in.
A candidacy form for Director will also be included in the package. Please consider running for office and return the completed form at your earliest convenience so that your name can be included on the ballot prepared for the meeting.
A directory information form is included as well. Completion and return of this form is requested so that our Directory for 2006 can be prepared and mailed with the annual assessment invoice in late December.
A ten percent (10%) increase in the annual assessment has been approved by the Board. There has not been an increase since 2002, and prices have steadily risen. Examples of rising costs include, but are not limited to, insurance, water, electricity, maintenance, etc.
