2010 DIRECTORY INFORMATION FORM

If you would like to have your contact information added to or updated in our HOA neighborhood directory please complete the following form.  If you would like to give contact information just to the manager but not the directory, please complete the form and put a check mark at the line below.  If you wish to receive time sensitive e-mail alerts from the HOA on law enforcement and community issues please put a check mark at the line at the other line below.

As in years past, the directory will be distributed to all households in our neighborhood, free of charge in January 2010.  Directories are not provided to advertisers that are not members of the HOA.

You can purchase advertising space in our neighborhood directory at the rate of ½ page for $35, and a full page for $75 (a page measures 8½” x 11”).  Any advertising copy must be legible in black and white and submitted by November 16, 2009. Send either e-mail copy to manager@srshoa.org or hardcopy to P.O. BOX 271061, Flower Mound, TX, 75027-1061. Send your payment to the P.O. Box.  No ad will be run without receipt of payment.

*SRSHOA will not publish the e-mail alert list and e-mail messages will use a BCC option so that recipients will not be able to view other homeowner's e-mail addresses.
