Shadow Ridge South HOA Home Improvement Request

In order to protect each individual homeowner’s property value and privacy, it is required for any homeowner or group of owners planning improvements or changes to their deeded property (ies), to submit a Home Improvement Request. This request is reviewed by the elected board members to ensure compliance with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. If any change is made without the approval of the board, the Board has the right to ask that the work be removed. All submittals must include a plot plan, elevation drawing, and a designation of exterior colors and materials. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to acquire City Permits.
